1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk375 ("pk375", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Platform accessible at pk375.app. By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the pk375 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you access pk375 on behalf of a third party or otherwise permit any other person to use your account, you accept personal responsibility for ensuring that such person complies with these Terms, and you will be liable for any breach of these Terms by that person.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the pk375 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of a corporate entity;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pk375 or otherwise had your account suspended or closed by pk375 for violations of these Terms;
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, a person who would not meet the above criteria.

Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the pk375 Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations. pk375 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features on pk375, you must create an account by completing the registration process. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

You are permitted to hold only one account on pk375. If pk375 identifies that you hold more than one account — whether registered under different mobile numbers, email addresses, or other identifying information — pk375 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pk375 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — which may include submission of a copy of your CNIC or passport — is required before any withdrawal can be processed. pk375 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk375 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The list of accepted methods may change from time to time, and the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your pk375 account balance subject to processing by the relevant payment provider. pk375 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method — current limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and are processed in accordance with standard processing timelines. pk375 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk375 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Contributions from different game categories to wagering requirements may vary.
• pk375 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the applicable terms, or cancel a bonus already credited if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same offer constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the pk375 Platform operate according to the rules published by the respective game providers. Where pk375-specific rules apply, they are displayed within the game or the relevant platform section. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and pk375 Platform rules, the pk375 rules shall prevail.

All random number generator (RNG) games on pk375 use independently certified RNG software. All live dealer games are operated by licensed studios. pk375 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the fault may be voided and any stake returned to your account balance. pk375 is not liable for any losses claimed to have arisen as a result of a malfunction, and "malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard condition applicable to all games on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk375 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting game vulnerabilities, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies designed to abuse promotional offers;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering). pk375 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspected laundering to relevant authorities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, while misrepresenting your location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk375 staff or other users via any Platform communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk375 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible via the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders — Configure time alerts to remind you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period — Request a temporary suspension of your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — Apply a long-term exclusion (minimum 6 months) from the pk375 Platform. Self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen period and cannot be reversed on request prior to expiry.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk375 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the pk375 brand identity — is the intellectual property of pk375 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk375. Any unauthorised use of pk375 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk375 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, system downtime, data loss, or delays in payment processing.

pk375's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

pk375 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is suspected fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms;
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The account is subject to a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider;
• pk375 is required to do so pursuant to a legal or regulatory obligation;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

You may request voluntary closure of your pk375 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk375 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pk375 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, including a notification within the logged-in account environment. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's licensed jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact pk375 customer support in the first instance. pk375 will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, escalation procedures will be communicated to you in writing.
